Monthly Poster Challenge
A self-initiated creative project that inspired a whole agency to get involved.I launched the That Lot monthly poster challenge to give the Design Team a space to step away from client work and flex their creative muscles. Each month came with a loose theme and an open brief, a chance to experiment, take risks, and explore new visual directions.
What started as an internal design challenge quickly grew into something much bigger. The project sparked stunning work, creative confidence, and cross-team inspiration. Over four years later, it's still going strong, and now includes contributors from across the agency, from strategy to account management.
It’s become a much-loved fixture of the studio culture, and one of my favourite things I’ve ever started.
